-  Review of 2022 Financials

-  President's report

- Amendments to Constitution and Bylaws

- Update on Chamber operations

AGM package will be issued via email 21 days prior to AGM. Attendance requirement for AGM is 10% of membership. 
This year we need 42 member businesses represented at the AGM in order to proceed. 

Guest speaker Milo McDonald, CAO City of Fort St. John

Milo has a long history in Fort St. John, having arrived here as an RCMP officer in 2005, assigned to General Duty and then taking charge of the Drug and Serious Crimes units. He later ran the detachment's operations and as put in charge of the Dawson Creek detachment before heading south to Williams Lake. Milo took over as inspector in Williams Lake in 2015 and shortly after began his career in local government as the CAO of Williams Lake in 2016. 

With nearly six years of CAO experience, Milo is very familiar with municipal operations and has the leadership skills, attitude ad knowledge that will continue to move the community of Fort St. John forward with Council's Strategic Plan. 

Milo was eager to return to Fort St. John along with his wife and two young sons, to the vibrant community with much to offer for his family.
