STEPS is one of 21 Ministries within the Metis Nation of British Columbia.

MNBC’s Skills Training, Employment, and Post-Secondary (STEPS) offer a range of support programs for Métis trainees, jobseekers, and scholars. If you are a Metis and looking to upgrade your skills, or seeking advice on your job search, or plan to continue education, we may be able to help!

MNBC’s STEPS Program offers a range of training and education upgrades which can include, Tickets, Certifications, Diplomas, Postgraduate and Wage Subsidy. Clients can access up to $50,000 in their lifetime to use towards training and education (depending upon the availability of funds with STEPS-MNBC).
