As part of the kick off for North Peace Shop Local Program supported by the Northern Development Initiative Trust, we would like to bring attention to services offered in our region in the health and wellness sector through a one stop location for the public to get information on these services. Funds raised will be re-invested into the community through the North Peace Shop Local Program.

Tradeshow with a separate space for Workshops, Presentations, or Fitness classes

We are seeking vendors, presenters, and a title sponsor.

Presenters:

You receive a booth for free at the tradeshow, or we can discuss alternate compensation for your time.

We are seeking 6 different presenters to do educational presentations, classes or workshops that will draw public to the event. This should be a service provided and not a sales pitch for your company. We will undertake the task of promoting your company as a presenter, while you extend invitations to attendees to visit your booth for information or purchases. Presentation should be between 30 - 45 minutes.

Presentation ideas: Nutrition, yoga, dance or fitness class, posture clinic, how to start your wellness journey and many more. Let us know what you want to present!

$200 Chamber Members + tax

We are looking for vendors in the health and wellness sector. This would include but is not limited to fitness facilities, personal trainers, instructors, chiropractors, naturopaths, supplement supplies, health food suppliers, non-profit groups. Tablecloths are provided and there are electrical outlets available.

Set up 9:00am-10:00am

Clean up 4:00pm-5:00pm

Title Sponsor: 

$3500 sponsorship

The event would be named your company Health and Wellness expo. Your name and logo will be on all advertising and promotion. We would do a feature on the importance of Health and Wellness to your company, for your staff, in the community and how you support local services.
