About Us The idea of forming a company with extended local coverage in northern BC became the premise for creating ARCHER CRM Partnership in 2006. Having numerous regionally-based offices was thought to be a better way to serve our clients, foster our grassroots connections to the communities we live in, all the while enabling job stability for our staff as markets shifted. The resources of Big Pine Heritage Consulting and Research Ltd. (BPH, est. 1998) and TRACES Archaeological Research and Consulting Ltd. (TRACES, est. 1995) were pooled, and our partnership commenced operations on January 1st, 2007.  As all of the shareholders in ARCHER  CRM Partnership  had worked  for TRACES at various times under its founder the late Arne K. Carlson, we agreed that his  effort to bring quality archaeological work  to northern  BC would be carried forward in ours. Our clients, home communities and employees enjoy the benefits of the breadth of logistical capabilities, skills, and experience offered by our firm. We are able to deliver standardized archaeological services across our geographic areas of operation as a result. With a substantive and demonstrable record of excellence in productivity, quality and innovation, our services and products focus on accuracy and diligence. All senior staff at ARCHER CRM Partnership belong to the British Columbia Association of Professional Archaeologists (BCAPA). It is therefore expected that they will complete assignments with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and have effective  project management skills.
