With our highly skilled team of Estimators, Supervisors, Foremen and trades people we will ensure your project is completed on schedule and within budget with the least disruption to your business. WL Construction has developed a 44-acre Business Park from raw land to a fully-occupied commercial park with AAA clients. More than half of our buildings are made of precast concrete, while 20 per cent are pre-engineered steel and another 20 per cent are wood frame. Ten per cent are institutional. Annually, we fine-tune our buildings’ features to maximize their performance, which in turn maximizes the production of the occupants: If the occupants are comfortable in their environment they will perform their work more efficiently. In addition, we strive to create buildings that minimize operating costs. Our buildings thus become assets with an excellent return on your investment.
